British Columbia

When: Saturday, Mar. 2, 2019, 7 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Where: Flower of Life Integrative Health, 4708 34th St., Unit #105, Vernon

Bring your favourite cannabis vape and a friend to the monthly Vape & Paint night at Flower of Life Integrative Health Centre. Canvases, brushes, and paint are all provided, you bring the flowers–just leave the e-juice at home! Tea and gluten-free cookies will be served to keep the munchies at bay. Early bird tickets cost $20 while admission is $25 at the door.

Using an interactive format that teaches from years of front-line and research experience, the course provides content that makes you confident, no matter whether you’re guiding or consuming. The cost for this course is $480.

Learn more about how the medicine has been used in ancient and modern cultures to connect to higher forces at Ellementa Red Deer. Ellementa organizes gatherings in over 50 cities connecting women to cannabis experts and brands. Admission costs $15.

The ever-expanding niche Cannabis market has reached the bridal world. What pot enthusiast hasn’t dreamt of accessorizing their nuptial ceremony with everything needed to make their special day unique in their own way? The Canadian Cannabis Wedding Expo will give couples the chance to engage with traditional wedding vendors and specialty cannabis brands, to learn how to incorporate cannabis into their wedding day in classy and tasteful ways. Admission is $10.

Hey bud, grab a brew at the 420 Music & Arts Festival launch of the new rockin’ 420 beer by New Level craft brewers. Get schwilly with festival favourites, Hypnopilot, who will be performing, and Dogzilla dogs will be there to if you’ve got a hankering for some meats, dawg! Tickets are $10.

The Cannabis Career Network asks, are you keen on getting education and training in the cannabis space? Or maybe you’re looking to transition into the legal market? Have all your cannabis career questions answered, and meet potential employers at their upcoming career fair. The career fair is free to attend but registration is required.

When: Every Thursday, 6:30 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Where: Homegrown Hydroponics, 26 Meteor Dr., Toronto

Prior to legalization, those Homegrown Hydroponics radio ads would always elicit some kind of snicker for those in the know, but now they can finally publically embrace the green growing scene and play host to the Cannabis Cooking Company classes. Join in to learn two tasty cannabis-infused recipes. And yes, of course, you’re encouraged to take your work home with you. Each class costs $125.

Where: The Good Grass, 575 Danforth Ave., Toronto

The first edition of this new monthly class kicks off in March! Expert grower Matt Mernagh, of the Ganja School, leads each two-hour session so that you can grow-your-own cannabis at home. Must be 19+ to attend. Entry costs $20,

Where: MOCA, 158 Sterling Rd., 4th floor, Toronto

Rescheduled due to wild winter weather, attendees can finally join host Louise Upperton and inspiring guest experts, Emma Baron of Milkweed, Leslie Andrachuk, co-founder and CEO of Alpha Woman Co, Tijen Yalchin and Ashley Short, co-founders of Earth Kisses Sky for an evening of female-focused cannabis education and wellness hosted by Ellementa Toronto. Tickets are $15.
