South Dakota: Circuit Judge Rules Against Implementation of Voter-Approved Marijuana Legalization Measure

Proponents of Measure A, South Dakotans for Better Marijuana Laws, say that they will appeal the ruling to the state’s Supreme Court. In a Facebook post, the group stated: “This is not over. We will appeal. We will prevail.”

Adult-Use Marijuana Legalization Not Associated with Any Rise in Substance Abuse Treatment Admissions

Rise in Storefront Marijuana Dispensaries Associated with Declines in Opioid-Related Deaths
