Trenton, NJ – The University of Pennsylvania Journal of Law & Public Affairs will convene a collaborative discussion on February 20th that will explore the impact of the War on Drugs, barriers to change and achievable solutions to addressing both drug use and drug prohibition.
The all-day forum will cover a range of topics, including criminal justice and enforcement, health and addiction, policy and politics, and social work and community. Speakers include DPA’s New Jersey State Director Roseanne Scotti, former DPA Executive Director Ethan Nadelmann and Philadelphia District Attorney Larry Krasner.
